Talia Fenster Lehmann, MSN, CPNP

Talia comes to pediatrics naturally.  In fact, she grew up in it – her father is a pediatrician.  Born and raised in the Five Towns, Talia is a proud alumna of Queens College and Hunter and received her certification as a Nurse Practitioner from SUNY/Stony Brook.  A mother herself, Talia brings broad experience to the TFC team, having worked in a hospital and a clinic.   Patients enjoy Talia’s clinical skills and mothers enjoy learning from her.

Diana Safier, RPA-C

A Physician Assistant, Diana holds two bachelor’s degrees, both from Touro  College; one in science and the other in psychology.  She earned her masters degree from Touro’s Physician Assistant program.  Diana has made meaningful connections with our patients since she joined our team in 2014.  Fluent in Hebrew, she is also the Mom of 4 children who are TFC patients.  Many of our new Moms are thrilled to have well and sick care visits with Diana whom many patients have described as “attentive.”

Chana Jacobson Unger, RN, CPNP-PC

A Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Chana has built a significant following at Total Family Care since joining the team in 2016.  Chana earned her bachelors degree from Touro College.  Her nursing education is from Columbia University ; she is a proud graduate of its Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program.  Fluent in Hebrew, Chana has a broad range of clinical experience, having worked in different clinical settings.  Mothers have called Chana’s bedside manner “outstanding.”

Yehuda Wolf, MPA, PA-C

A Physician Assistant, Yehuda joined the Total Family Care team in the summer of 2017.  He earned his masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College.  A welcomed addition to the Total Family Care team, Yehuda delivers excellent health care in total, to kids and  to their parents.   He’s also involved in healthcare education outside TFC, as a medical reviewer for Rosh Reviews.  Yehuda is a devoted Daf Yomi participant and the father of three daughters.  Patients enjoy Yehuda’s warm, caring manner.
